Each standard Skinini set contains three essentials. Scent is a body fragrance mist, Nourish is a hand lotion, and Cleanse is a fragranced hand sanitizing spray. The matching refill cartridges can be purchased individually or in a refill pack.

Choose Blush Berry if you prefer a sweet, juicy scent, or Vanilla Bay if you prefer a warm, smooth, creamy scent. Both offer the same Scent, Nourish and Cleanse format. If you want both fragrance options, The Skinini Duo includes one set in each scent.

Each Extended Set contains one Skinini set plus three extra refill cartridges in the same scent: one Scent, one Nourish and one Cleanse. Choose the Blush Berry Extended Set or Vanilla Bay Extended Set. One Extended Set in your cart represents the complete set and its three extra cartridges.

The Skinini Duo includes two complete Skinini sets: one Blush Berry and one Vanilla Bay. That gives you two scent options and six essentials in total—Scent, Nourish and Cleanse in each scent. One Duo in your cart means both sets are included.

Yes. When a cartridge is empty, replace it with the corresponding Skinini refill. Choose from Blush Berry or Vanilla Bay in Scent, Nourish or Cleanse on the single refill page, or build a 3-pack or 6-pack if you want several cartridges.

Yes. On the Skinini Single Refill page, select one of six options: Blush Berry Scent, Nourish or Cleanse, or Vanilla Bay Scent, Nourish or Cleanse. Review the selected option's description, directions and ingredients before adding it to your cart.

Choose the 3-pack or 6-pack, then select a refill for each numbered slot. You may mix scents and essentials or choose the same refill more than once. A cart quantity of one means one complete pack containing three or six chosen cartridges; the selected cartridges are listed at checkout.

Yes. A Skinini refill 3-pack or 6-pack can contain both Blush Berry and Vanilla Bay cartridges. For example, you can choose Blush Berry Cleanse alongside Vanilla Bay Scent and Nourish. Each selection depends on the availability of that specific refill.

Yes. Select the same refill in more than one slot of your 3-pack or 6-pack if you use it often. For example, a 3-pack can contain two Blush Berry Cleanse cartridges and one Blush Berry Nourish cartridge. Each chosen cartridge is counted separately in the pack.

Place a Scent cartridge in your Skinini and rotate the top to Scent. Mist onto the body when you want a fragrance refresh. Check the directions on your selected Scent refill and avoid using it as a substitute for the Cleanse or Nourish essentials.

Place a Nourish cartridge in your Skinini and rotate the top to Nourish. Apply the lotion to your hands and massage until absorbed. The single refill page shows the directions and ingredient list for the Blush Berry or Vanilla Bay Nourish option you select.

Place a Cleanse cartridge in your Skinini and rotate the top to Cleanse. Mist onto your hands and rub them together until dry, following the product label. If your hands are visibly dirty, wash them with soap and water. Check the selected Cleanse refill's directions and ingredients before use.

On the single refill page, choose the scent and essential first so you see the relevant details. Check the full ingredient list before purchasing if you have an allergy or sensitivity.

Yes. Skinini offers free UAE delivery on orders of AED 200 or more. Orders below that amount show the applicable shipping charge at checkout. See the shipping policy for current terms.

Orders are processed on business days. Your available delivery estimate and shipping rate appear at checkout after you enter your address. Once your order is dispatched, Skinini provides the available tracking or delivery information; delivery times may vary during peak periods and public holidays.

Contact support@skinini.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. Eligible products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Opened or used personal-care products generally cannot be returned unless damaged or defective; see the refund policy for the full conditions.

If a Skinini set or refill arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email support@skinini.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the item and packaging so the team can review it. The refund policy explains the next steps.
